The French Maison’s latest offering is one of the last projects by the now late, trailblazing creative director Virgil Abloh.

Serving as a constant reminder of the creativity and direction that Abloh brought to Louis Vuitton, the collection features two fit elevating staples – jewellery and sunglasses. Its optical offerings feature the 1.1 Millionaires – Abloh’s signature silhouette, fashioned in a black frame and accented with white metallic details. Each piece also features an engraved LV monogram. The second offering of sunglasses is the 1.1 Evidence sunglasses which are moulded from a completely transparent acetate build and feature grey lenses, while silver detailing finishes off the bevelled frame. Closing off the sunglasses collection is the Cyclone frames, something reminiscent of the vintage design from 2006. The silhouette is built with oversised square lenses, a slim metal frame cast in silver or gold, and finished off with a crystal monogram flower detail.

The jewellery selection has been updated to feature accents with robust colour detailing – something Abloh had often served up during his time at the storied maison. Our favourite piece from the collection features a matching chain bracelet and necklace crafted with alternating links and engraved with LV monograms, coloured enamel, and multi-coloured crystal glass. The collection also includes resin and metal pearl necklaces, as well as a stainless-steel bracelet.

Released earlier this week, the Paradise collection is a testament to the legacy and work of Abloh. During his time at LV, Abloh had managed to fuse streetwear and luxury in a manner that created a new form of luxury streetwear.
