Famed Italian house, Valentino, is shaking things up this season by deviating from its recent co-ed approach. Instead, they are unveiling an exclusive Spring/Summer 2024 menswear show that promises to captivate audiences. Set to take place on June 16th, 2023, at 2:00pm CET, the fashion extravaganza will be hosted at the esteemed Università degli Studi di Milano Statale in the vibrant city of Milan.

Many have to love and appreciate Valentino’s menswear collections for their fusion of traditional craftsmanship and progressive design, continually pushing the boundaries of gender norms in fashion. With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality, Valentino’s menswear collections exude sophistication and elegance all while embracing fluidity and inclusivity.

As a brand that values community and artistic growth, Valentino is continuing its unwavering support of local talents and cultural education. Collaborating closely with institutions and universities, they actively foster creative opportunities for emerging artists. Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli is set to showcase the menswear collection on the opening day of Milan Fashion Week, and a special invitation will be extended to students, offering them a unique chance to witness the show live at the iconic Statale di Milano.

The significance of this decision runs deep, tracing back to the roots of Valentino. Milan holds a special place in the brand’s history, as it was here, in January 1985, that the legendary Mr. Valentino Garavani staged his very first menswear show. By granting the men’s collection its dedicated spotlight, this upcoming show is set to forge an everlasting connection between the evolving codes of Valentino menswear and the vibrant spirit of Milan.
