As the second chapter in the MR PORTER Summer Stories campaign, Al Fresco delves into the Italian culture of style, food, travel, and family traditions during the sun-soaked summer months.
The carefully curated selection features resort products from 22 leading brands, including exclusive edits from 18 renowned designers. With a focus on vintage resort wear, this collection is a celebration of relaxed silhouettes, light fabrications, and soft pastel colour palettes that capture the spirit of an Italian summer.
Al Fresco boasts an impressive lineup of brands, including Anderson’s, Giorgio Armani, Barena, Brioni, Brunello Cucinelli, Caruso, C.P. Company, De Petrillo, Etro, Kiton, Loro Piana, Massimo Alba, Officine Creative, Persol, Piacenza Cashmere, R+D.LAB, SSAM, Tod’s, and Zegna. Among the highlights is Zegna’s 28-piece casualwear collection, exclusively available at MR PORTER. Etro, another standout brand, presents a nine-piece bright beachwear range, showcasing their signature colourful patterns and exquisite craftsmanship.
Al Fresco also presents exclusive capsule collections from esteemed brands such as Brioni, Loro Piana, Barena, and Brunello Cucinelli. These ready-to-wear pieces are inspired by different locations across Italy, evoking a sense of timeless elegance and sophistication. MR PORTER introduces three new brands with the launch of Al Fresco. Federico Curradi, a celebrated Tuscan designer, presents an exclusive nine-piece ready-to-wear collection, showcasing the finest craftsmanship and contemporary designs. The heritage Florentine label, Loretta Caponi, brings their storied history and artisanal approach to exquisite pieces. Lastly, lifestyle brand Green Wolf Lighting offers handmade portable glass table lights, adding a touch of elegance to any summer soirée.
To mark the exclusive Zegna collection launch, MR PORTER will unveil an integrated global marketing and content campaign across its various platforms. The celebration will culminate in a dedicated MR PORTER x Zegna event in the Hamptons, New York, on June 30.
